Campaign Specialist

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project Communication outreach and engagement on EU policies in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf.

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (36 months).

The overall objective of this assignment is to provide strategic, technical and logistical communication support to DG MENA in the planning, development and implementation of its day-to-day communication activities, with the aim of strengthening the visibility, outreach and impact of the European Union's policies, initiatives and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf region.

Senior Non-Key Expert - Campaign Specialist

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing integrated multi-channel communication campaigns.
• Developing campaign concepts, messaging frameworks and communication plans.
• Coordinating campaign activities across digital, social media, press and offline communication channels.
• Identifying target audiences and recommending effective outreach and engagement strategies.
• Supporting the production of communication materials and campaign content.
• Monitoring campaign performance and preparing analytical reports and recommendations.
• Coordinating with communication teams, creative agencies, media partners and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring campaign activities are aligned with DG MENA's communication objectives and EU visibility guidelines.

Minimum Qualification and Skills

• Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communication or advertising;
• Fluent English.

Minimum General and Specific Professional Experience

• 5 years general experience in communication/marketing;
• 3 years specific experience designing and implementing multi-channel campaigns;
• Experience with EU-funded or public-sector campaigns is an asset.
