We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Camps Coordinator to join the team at ESM and take the lead in managing the daily operations, communication, and administration of our camp programmes. Youll play a key role in ensuring seamless customer service, smooth coordination with internal departments, and high-quality delivery of our seasonal camps.

Key Objectives
- Handle all camps enquiries via emails, phone, website, and respond in a timely manner
- Maintain clear communication with Relationship Managers and other relevant stakeholders
- Resolve customer issues, manage complaints, and gather feedback
- Manage and direct inbound calls and emails during non-camp periods
- Respond promptly to messages via Trengo during pre, during, and post camp operations
- Liaise with Finance for camps-related matters including payroll processing
- Ensure compliance and documentation for all camp staff including external coaches
- Manage refund procedures and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure customer details are up to date on relevant IT systems
- Maintain accurate filing systems for camp venues and allocated staff
- Oversee procurement tasks including raising POs in line with company procedures
- Ensure website information is accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with Marketing for timely communication and execution of camp promotions
- Ensure adherence to company policies and values
- Support the wider team with additional duties as assigned
