Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Campus (Director Level) to lead a campus specializing in Engineering and applied technical programs. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for academic, operational, and strategic performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the campus
- Oversee academic delivery, administration, and campus operations
- Lead senior academic and support leadership teams
- Ensure alignment with industry needs and applied education standards
- Drive quality assurance, accreditation, and performance outcomes
- Represent the campus at senior leadership and external forums
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Senior leadership experience at Director / Dean / Head of Campus level
- Strong exposure to Australian or US polytechnic or applied education models
- Proven experience managing complex academic institutions
- Strong strategic, financial, and people management skills
