Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Campus Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience to attract, engage, and hire top early-career talent. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with universities, manage end-to-end campus hiring programs, and enhance the employer brand among students and fresh graduates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with hiring needs
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, career centers, and student organizations
- Plan and participate in career fairs, on-campus events, and virtual hiring initiatives
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management) for entry-level roles and internships
- Coordinate and deliver employer branding activities across campuses and digital channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (conversion rates, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates)
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to campus hiring
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing events and engaging with student audiences
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel for campus events (if required)

- Experience in high-volume hiring environments
- Strong employer branding and social media engagement skills
- Data-driven mindset with reporting and analytics capabilities
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
