Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Campus Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience to attract, engage, and hire top early-career talent. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with universities, manage end-to-end campus hiring programs, and enhance the employer brand among students and fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with hiring needs
  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities, career centers, and student organizations
  • Plan and participate in career fairs, on-campus events, and virtual hiring initiatives
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management) for entry-level roles and internships
  • Coordinate and deliver employer branding activities across campuses and digital channels
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (conversion rates, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates)
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to campus hiring
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing events and engaging with student audiences
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel for campus events (if required)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in high-volume hiring environments
  • Strong employer branding and social media engagement skills
  • Data-driven mindset with reporting and analytics capabilities
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
