Capital Markets Manager

Role Overview

The Capital Markets Manager plays a key role in expanding 33Club's investment ecosystem by sourcing investment opportunities, developing relationships with investors and capital providers, and facilitating strategic introductions between businesses seeking capital and qualified investors.

Working closely with entrepreneurs, family offices, venture capital firms, private equity funds, institutional investors, and licensed financial partners, the successful candidate will contribute to strengthening 33Club's position as a trusted platform for business growth and investment connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Source high-quality businesses, startups, funds, and investment opportunities seeking strategic capital.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with family offices, venture capital firms, private equity firms, institutional investors, angel investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Identify qualified investors and facilitate strategic introductions through the 33Club ecosystem.
• Develop partnerships with fund managers, investment firms, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners.
• Support capital introduction initiatives and fundraising activities in collaboration with licensed financial partners where applicable.
• Organise investor roundtables, private presentations, capital introduction sessions, and investment-focused networking events.
• Maintain a strong understanding of capital markets, private equity, venture capital, IPOs, corporate finance, debt financing, and alternative investments.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities that create value for members and strategic partners.
• Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, founders, investors, and corporate executives.
• Achieve monthly and annual KPIs relating to capital introductions, strategic partnerships, investor engagement, and ecosystem growth.
• Represent 33Club as a trusted platform connecting businesses, investors, and strategic opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, capital markets, corporate finance, wealth management, or business development within financial services.
• Strong existing network among family offices, institutional investors, fund managers, venture capital firms, private equity firms, or high-net-worth investors.
• Excellent understanding of fundraising, capital markets, investment structures, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Highly commercial, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Professional presence with the ability to engage senior executives and investors confidently.
