Smart Quotation is a Saudi AI-powered industrial procurement platform transforming how industrial companies source products and manage procurement. We are preparing for our next growth stage and seeking an experienced professional to lead our fundraising efforts.

Position Summary

We are looking for an Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager with an established network of venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices, and strategic investors. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing a SAR 10 million investment round to accelerate the company's expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's fundraising strategy.
• Identify, approach, and engage qualified investors.
• Build and maintain strong investor relationships.
• Present the investment opportunity to potential investors.
• Coordinate investor meetings and due diligence.
• Lead negotiations until successful investment closing.
• Work closely with the Founder throughout the fundraising process.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience raising capital for startups or high-growth companies.
• Existing network of active investors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of venture capital and startup fundraising.
• Experience in investor relations is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
