Job Title:Capital Raising Specialist / Private Placement Agent

Employment Type: Part-time, Remote (USA, UK, Canada, or UAE)

Reports To:Founder/CEO

Using molecular and biomarker data, we identify biological patterns and risk signatures associated with long-term health and aging, often years before clinical symptoms appear. Based on these insights, we provide science-backed lifestyle, wellness, and longevity strategies designed to support healthier aging, improve biological resilience, and optimize long-term well-being.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Private Placement Agent, Investor Liaison, Capital Raising Specialist, Fundraising Representative, or Investor Outreach Specialist who will directly reach out to investors, present our venture, and help secure investment. You will actively manage investor conversations from first contact to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage qualified investors in target markets (US and Gulf regions)
  • Present Loju Longevity's value proposition and investment opportunity to potential investors
  • Manage investor relationships and communications throughout the fundraising process
  • Negotiate deal terms and facilitate investment closing
  • Maintain detailed records of investor outreach and pipeline progress
  • Provide regular updates on fundraising activities and outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or UAE
  • Must have the required liscence
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Investment Banking, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven fundraising experience, particularly in the United States and Gulf regions
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully closing investment deals
  • Strong understanding of investor types, deal terms, and fundraising mechanisms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) with focus on finance, entrepreneurship, or capital markets
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or similar
  • Experience in AI, HealthTech, or Digital Health sectors
  • Competence in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
  • Established network of investors in target regions

Compensation:

Negotiable based on your proposed fee structure and compensation requirements. You must submit your fee structure with your application.

Work Environment:

Remote position with flexible hours.
