THE TEAMYou will join our dynamic Restaurant team, working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This team oversees all daily dining room operations, guest engagement, and service excellence within our luxury environment.
YOUR ROLEAs Restaurant Captain, you play a pivotal role in shaping the service experience for our guests. You will ensure that every shift operates seamlesslyfrom staff coordination and service quality to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your leadership will help maintain Rosewood's elevated service standards while supporting the team to create memorable dining moments that reflect the soul of our brand.
