Car Care PPF Operation Manager

The Operations Manager – Car Care & PPF will oversee the daily operations of our car care bodyshop in Dubai, with a primary focus on Paint Protection Film (PPF) and related services.

This role requires hands-on operational leadership, deep technical knowledge of PPF, and proven experience managing a high-volume car care bodyshop, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction at all times.

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the car care bodyshop, including PPF, window tinting, smart repair, polishing, and detailing
• Take full ownership of PPF operations, ensuring flawless installation, finishing, and quality control
• Plan job scheduling, technician workload, and service timelines to maximize efficiency
• Supervise technicians and enforce strict quality standards across all services
• Monitor inventory, tools, materials, and consumables related to PPF and car care operations
• Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of service excellence
• Coordinate closely with sales, procurement, and marketing teams
• Track KPIs, productivity, and operational performance, driving continuous improvement

• Minimum 5 years experience working in a car care bodyshop or automotive workshop environment
• Strong, hands-on technical knowledge of PPF is mandatory
• Solid experience with tinting, polishing, detailing, and smart repair
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume operations
• Experience working in the UAE automotive market is a strong advantage
• Fluent in Arabic and English
