Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Car Detailer role based in Dubai. The Car Detailer is responsible for performing interior and exterior detailing, including washing, polishing, waxing, paint decontamination, vacuuming, and deep cleaning of upholstery and surfaces. Daily tasks include preparing vehicles for service, applying protective coatings or sealants, inspecting work for quality, and ensuring all tools and products are used safely and correctly. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following established detailing procedures, and communicating clearly with the team to meet client expectations and service timelines. The Car Detailer is expected to handle vehicles with care, respect client property, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications

Hands-on experience with interior and exterior car detailing, including washing, polishing, waxing, and upholstery cleaning.
Knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques, including safe use of chemicals and equipment (buffers, vacuums, steam cleaners).
Strong attention to detail, ability to spot imperfections, and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Physical ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods, and safely handle vehicles and equipment.
Basic understanding of vehicle surfaces and materials (paint, leather, fabric, plastics) and how to care for them.
Good time management skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in automotive detailing or car care is preferred; training may be provided for promising candidates.
Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and accommodate operational schedules, including weekends or extended hours if required.
