Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Auto Loan Sales professional based in Cairo. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, providing expert sales consulting, assisting clients in selecting the right auto loan products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also entails identifying opportunities to maximize customer retention and delivering top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Consulting with a focus on financial or automotive products
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities and experience working directly with clients
• Expertise in Automotive Sales processes and a thorough understanding of the industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in an on-site environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the Cairo market and customer base is an advantage
