What You Need to Have
- Proven experience in automotive purchasing or sales
- UAE experience preferred, but strong UK/European/Australian backgrounds will be seriously considered
- Solid knowledge of vehicle makes, models, condition assessment, and market values
- Confidence in outbound sourcing and negotiating directly with private sellers and trade contacts
- Valid UAE driving licence — or a UK licence with 2+ years experience
What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing vehicles across the UAE market through outbound calls, online platforms, referrals, and your own network
- Evaluating stock accurately — pricing, condition, mileage, service history, and saleability
- Negotiating purchase prices with private sellers and dealers to secure deals that work for the business
- Coordinating inspections, test drives, and compliance checks before any purchase is committed
- Working closely with the sales and operations teams to keep showroom stock aligned with demand
- Maintaining clean, accurate records of all sourcing activity and negotiations
- Consistently hitting monthly targets across volume, margin, and stock quality
