Job Summary
The Car Rental Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the company's short-term and long-term vehicle rental services to corporate and individual customers. The role focuses on generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new corporate and individual customers.
- Generate sales leads through visits, calls, referrals, networking, and online channels.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and rental agreements.
- Negotiate rental terms, pricing, and contract conditions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct customer visits and recommend suitable rental solutions.
- Coordinate with operations for timely vehicle delivery and collection.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the rental period.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in car rental, automotive, leasing, or transportation.
- Corporate fleet leasing experience is an advantage.
- Valid Kuwait Driving Licence is Mandatory.
- English proficiency is required; Arabic speaking is preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of the Kuwait market and corporate sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
