Salary: Salary AED 24,000 per year

Commission: AED 750,000 per year

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated car salesman to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a car salesman, you will be responsible for selling new and used cars to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Sell new and used cars to customers while providing exceptional customer service.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all vehicles to effectively demonstrate and sell them to customers.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve departmental goals.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and increase sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a car salesman.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry, including current trends and technologies.
• Valid driving license.

Remuneration:

The successful candidate will be provided with training, support, and the necessary resources to succeed in the role.
