Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on assigned leads through the CRM system, ensuring timely communication and excellent customer service.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom, understand their needs, and present our vehicles, products, and services professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales journey.
- Collaborate closely with the Credit, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless sales process and outstanding customer experience.
- Continuously enhance your product knowledge and stay up to date with new models, features, and market trends to provide accurate information and professional sales consultations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and other assigned performance objectives.
- Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience from 0 to 3 years retail sales is an advantage. Fresh grades with passion for cars and sales mindset are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Good computer skills and experience using CRM systems is a plus.
