Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Acquisition Campaign Execution

  • Support end-to-end execution of acquisition campaigns:
  • Digital (social media, paid ads, app/web) & Branch & Telesales
  • Merchant partnerships & field sales
  • Coordinate with marketing and agencies on campaign rollout

Channel Performance Tracking

  • Monitor performance by channel:
  • Applications volume
  • Approval rate
  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Identify underperforming channels and suggest improvements

Lead Management

  • Track leads funnel (leads → applications → approvals → bookings)
  • Ensure proper allocation and follow-up with sales teams
  • Improve lead conversion rates

Data Analysis & Targeting

  • Analyze customer segments and targeting criteria
  • Support pre-approved / pre-qualified campaigns
  • Assist in A/B testing (offers, creatives, channels)

Customer Onboarding Experience

  • Support improving onboarding journey (digital & offline)
  • Monitor turnaround time (TAT) from application to card issuance
  • Identify drop-off points and suggest fixes

Offer & Proposition Support

  • Assist in developing acquisition offers:

Welcome bonus & Cashback / discounts & Installment offers

Coordinate with partnerships team if needed

Risk & Policy Alignment

  • Ensure campaigns follow credit policy guidelines
  • Coordinate with Risk team on approval criteria and filters
  • Monitor early delinquency trends for acquired customers

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Prepare regular reports on acquisition performance
  • Track KPIs vs targets and highlight gaps

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking
  • Excellent computer skills and data base management and storage.
  • Excellent knowledge of retail products & services & Projects Management.
