We're hiring: Cards Analytics Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly card portfolio performance reports and dashboards.
- Analyse acquisition, activation, spend, usage, retention, attrition, delinquency, and profitability.
- Conduct customer segmentation, cohort, vintage, and trend analysis.
- Measure campaign performance using control groups, uplift, response rates, and ROI analysis.
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Work with Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Improve data quality and automate recurring reports.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in cards analytics, portfolio analytics, or business intelligence within banking, payments, or fintech.
- Strong credit and/or debit card portfolio analytics experience.
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Strong data storytelling and stakeholder presentation skills.
- Python, R, or SAS experience is an advantage.
