Qualifications and Education:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Track record of banking operation managements.
3. Strong knowledge of loyalty programs& business awareness and card management rules.
4. General knowledge of different business functions such as commercial, finance, IT etc.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Effective communication and presentation skills.
7. Problem-solving mindset
8. Good Knowledge of the card cycle.
9. Awareness of operations goals and objectives.

Work Experience:

• At Least 1-3 years of experience in the cards field.
