Ontime is urgently hiring a dedicated and nurturing Caregiver for Baby Stay-In care. This role involves providing round-the-clock support and care to infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and developmental needs are met within a home environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care to infants including feeding, bathing, diaper changing, and soothing
- Monitor the baby's health and developmental milestones, maintaining accurate daily records
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for the baby at all times
- Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities to stimulate sensory and cognitive development
- Assist parents with understanding baby care practices and offer support as needed
- Administer medications as prescribed and observe any health changes to report promptly
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with parents regarding the baby's wellbeing and care routines
Requirements
- Prior experience in infant care or as a baby caregiver
- Strong understanding of infant development and care techniques
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive demeanor
- Ability to provide stay-in care with commitment and reliability
- Effective communication skills to liaise with parents and healthcare professionals
- Flexibility to work extended hours and overnight shifts as required
- Basic first aid and infant CPR certification preferred
