Summary

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter / Painter to support hotel engineering operations.

Your Role

As the Carpenter / Painter, you'll perform carpentry and painting maintenance work to ensure hotel facilities are maintained to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry repairs and maintenance throughout the hotel
• Carry out painting and finishing work as required
• Inspect furniture, fixtures, and surfaces and identify maintenance needs
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
• Follow safety procedures and engineering standards
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Carpenter, Painter, or similar role, preferably in hospitality or facilities management
• Good knowledge of carpentry, painting, and finishing techniques
• Ability to perform repairs and maintenance work efficiently
• Understanding of preventive maintenance practices
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts
• Excellent English Communication
