Ontime Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in all aspects of carpentry, with a focus on delivering high-quality work in our various construction and fit-out projects.
Responsibilities:
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to create framework and structures
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to discuss project details and timelines
- Inspect and replace damaged framework and fixtures as needed
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and ensure a clean workspace
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, with extensive knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in carpentry
- A valid UAE driving license is advantageous
