Carpenter / Painter

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter / Painter to support hotel engineering operations.

Your Role
As the Carpenter / Painter, you'll perform carpentry and painting maintenance work to ensure hotel facilities are maintained to high standards.

Key Responsibilities
. Perform carpentry repairs and maintenance throughout the hotel
. Carry out painting and finishing work as required
. Inspect furniture, fixtures, and surfaces and identify maintenance needs
. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
. Follow safety procedures and engineering standards

Qualifications

. Previous experience as a Carpenter, Painter, or similar role, preferably in hospitality or facilities management
. Good knowledge of carpentry, painting, and finishing techniques
. Ability to perform repairs and maintenance work efficiently
. Understanding of preventive maintenance practices
. Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
. Good communication and organizational skills
. Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts
