Case Processing Officer (Citizenship and Residency by Investment)

AG MENA is seeking a dynamic individual with excellent organizational skills for a position as a Case Processing Officer to support the high-end services provided by a global leader in second citizenship and residency planning. Candidates will be advising on opportunities for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) to obtain second citizenship by investment for Caribbean and Commonwealth countries. Experience in processing St. Kitts & Nevis, Grenada, Dominica, St. Lucia, and Antigua & Barbuda files is a must, and also European Residency by Investment Programs including Portugal, Greece and Latvia.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Know how to update all program-related documents for each product in conjunction with the processing officer

- Organizes and processes file according to assigned deadlines.

- Provides accurate information and provide updates all in a timely manner

- Maintain current and accurate records of clients, both in paper form and electronically.

- Liaises with local service agents involved in file processing on files under the supervisor of direct line manager;

Additional Duties:

Liaising with local authorities in the UAE and using their online portals to submit documents on behalf of clients for a range of matters, including company incorporations;

Requirements:

Previous experience in citizenship by investment/business immigration services and/or law firm environment

Strong communication and organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Able to work effectively under pressure with little or no supervision.

Must be based in the UAE.
