About The Role

We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Cash Collection Specialist to join our Revenue team in Cairo. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding each client's situation, and working collaboratively to ensure all outstanding invoices are settled on time.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and negotiation skills who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Reach out to clients proactively to follow up on outstanding invoices and payment timelines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate open and constructive conversations around payments
  • Understand each client's financial situation and work toward mutually agreeable solutions for invoice settlement
  • Negotiate payment plans and escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Monitor and track accounts receivable to ensure timely collection across the client portfolio
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and client communications in the CRM
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Customer Success) to resolve billing disputes or discrepancies
  • Generate regular reports on collection status and flag at-risk accounts

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cash collection, accounts receivable, or a client-facing finance role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a high volume of accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM or billing tools is a plus
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus
