Customer Service & Sales Transactions
•Greet customers warmly and process sales transactions through the POS system.
•Handle multiple payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and foreign currencies.
•Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
•Respond to customer queries, providing product information and upselling when appropriate.
Cash Handling & Reconciliation
•Open and close cash drawers in line with daily operating procedures.
•Count and balance cash at the beginning and end of each shift, reconciling with POS records.
•Report any cash variances immediately to the Cash Handling Officer.
•Always maintain the security of cash and other payment instruments.
Compliance & Store Support
•Follow all company policies on cash handling, loss prevention, and customer service.
•Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials (bags, receipts, currency exchange slips).
•Support stock replenishment and merchandising near the checkout zone.
•Participate in regular cashier training sessions on systems, products, and procedures
