Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Treasury & Payment Management
- Manage daily cash receipts and payments for the company and its overseas entities (e.g., Dubai, Malaysia), strictly following the cash management and settlement policies.
- Handle payments and bookkeeping for multiple currencies and virtual assets , ensuring accurate exchange rate conversion.
2. Reconciliation & Discrepancy Management
- Maintain cash and bank journals to ensure records match actual balances; prepare financial reports in a timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies in collaboration with relevant teams (e.g., Operations, Customer Support).
- Support the finance team in cross-border fund flow accounting, ensuring tax compliance and robust payment structures.
3. Payroll & Benefits Distribution
- Assist HR in calculating and distributing global employee salaries, including payroll structures, tax deductions, and cross-border transfers for different countries/regions.
- Manage employee reserve funds, loan clearance, and exit settlements, completing financial procedures for employee offboarding.
4. Document & Compliance Management
- Safeguard and register important documents such as checks, money orders, and stamp seals, strictly controlling related risks.
- Organize and archive financial vouchers, contracts, and tax documents from global operations; cooperate with internal/external audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications:
1. Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Accounting qualification certificate is a plus.
2. Experience
- 3–5 years of cashier or related experience, familiar with financial regulations, tax policies, and foreign exchange management rules.
- Experience with multi-currency transactions, international settlements, or cross-border transfers is preferred.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency compliance structures and payment processes is a strong plus.
3. Technical & Language Skills
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., UFIDA, Kingdee) and MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong English communication and writing skills; Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Detail-oriented, numerically sensitive, principled, and highly responsible with a strong sense of security.
