We are looking for a Category Lead Manager Dishcare & Laundry for our client in Dubai to drive product portfolio across the region Middle East and South Asia.
This is a strategic, end-to-end role for a category leader who combines market intelligence, portfolio mastery, and commercial acumen to define, defend, and expand our category leadership.
What You'll Do
- Own the Dishcare & Laundry categories from strategy to execution.
- Develop competitive portfolios, pricing, and lifecycle plans in collaboration with global teams.
- Turn market trends and financial insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless launches and transitions.
- Lead product trainings for distributors, dealers, and internal teams across the region.
What You Bring
- 57 years experience in Product Management, Category Management, or Business Development within Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances.
- A strategic and analytical mindset with strong commercial drive.
- Proven cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
