Objective:

Oversee promotional calendars, inventory planning, and in-store execution to deliver compelling fragrance storytelling and exceptional customer experience.

CategoryGrowth&Performance
- Drivecategorysalesgrowthandprofitabilityacrossretailstoresande-commerceplatforms.
- Definepricingarchitecturealignedwithmarketbenchmarksandbrandpositioning.
- Monitor categoryperformance,analyzetrends,andimplementstrategiestomaximizecontribution.
Assortment&BrandManagement
- Leadbrandselectionandproductassortmentplanningtoensureacompetitiveandcompellingoffering.
- Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithglobalfragrancehouses,distributors,andlocalpartners.
- Negotiate commercialterms,includingrebates,exclusivity,marketingsupport,andpaymentconditions.
Marketing&In-StoreExecution
- Planandexecutepromotionalcalendars,includingin-storeactivations,samplingprograms,anddigitalcampaigns.
- Supportvisualmerchandisingguidelinesanddeliverengagingfragrancestorytellingin-store.
- Trainretailteamsonnewlaunches,heroproducts,andfragranceprofilingtoenhancecustomerexperience.
SupplyChain&InventoryControl
- Collaboratewithsupplychainteamstomanageleadtimes,replenishmentcycles,andstoreallocations.
- Planforecastingandinventorycontroltoensureoptimalstocklevelsandminimizeshortages.
- Coordinatewithlogisticsandoperationstomaintainsmoothproductflowacrosschannels.

- Bachelor'sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,Marketing,orarelatedfieldMBAisaplus
