Livish is a fast-growing e-commerce marketplace focused on curated beauty, lifestyle, and consumer brands. We work closely with vendors, manage multiple product categories, and focus heavily on operational excellence, pricing discipline, and customer experience.

We are now looking for a Category Specialist who can own a product category end-to-end and drive growth, efficiency, and vendor performance.

Role Overview

As a Category Specialist, you will be responsible for the commercial and operational performance of assigned categories. This role sits at the intersection of vendors, operations, pricing, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned product categories end-to-end (performance, assortment, pricing, availability)
• Work directly with vendors on:
• Product onboarding & data accuracy
• Pricing, margins, and promotions
• Stock availability & lead times
• Analyze category performance (sales, conversion, returns, cancellations) and propose improvements
• Coordinate with:
• Marketing team for category campaigns & offers
• Operations & customer care to resolve category-related issues
• Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant with Livish standards
• Identify underperforming SKUs and take corrective actions
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends

What We're Looking For

• 35 years experience in e-commerce, category management, merchandising, or marketplace operations
• Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and promotions
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven
• Comfortable working with vendors and pushing for results
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
