We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead and expand the catering division of a well-established coffee chain in Kuwait. The role focuses on developing catering solutions, managing catering operations, and ensuring consistent quality, speed, and brand experience across all off-site and corporate engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow the catering business, including corporate offices, events, exhibitions, and private functions.
- Design and execute catering offerings such as mobile coffee stations, branded beverage counters, and customized coffee menus.
- Manage end-to-end catering operations, from inquiry handling and quotations to on-site execution and follow-up.
- Ensure consistency in coffee quality, beverage preparation, presentation, and service standards.
- Coordinate with roasting, production, logistics, and store teams to ensure availability and timely delivery.
- Recruit, train, and manage baristas and catering staff assigned to off-site services.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
- Control catering costs, pricing, and margins to ensure profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards.
- Track catering performance, client feedback, and sales pipeline, reporting regularly to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 47 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or food & beverage operations.
- Strong preference for experience in coffee chains, caf brands, or beverage-led concepts.
- Solid understanding of coffee preparation, beverage service, and caf-style operations.
- Proven ability to manage catering logistics and on-site service execution.
- Strong client management and sales skills.
- Organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Commercial awareness with experience in pricing and cost control.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
