This is a full-time on-site role for a Catering Sales Specialist based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Catering Sales Specialist will manage and grow catering sales by building strong customer relationships and developing tailored solutions for clients needs. Responsibilities include generating new sales opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating with the operations team to execute events, and maintaining high levels of service quality. The role requires close collaboration with both customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional catering experiences.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Catering Sales and Sales to acquire and maintain client relationships
Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to meet and exceed client expectations
Knowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage sector to ensure seamless service delivery
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver under deadlines
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
