Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Catering Sales position. The Catering Sales Representative will be responsible for generating, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities in the catering sector. Daily responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, SALES CALLS, and coordinating with the food and beverage team to ensure successful event execution, and providing exceptional customer service to meet client needs. The role also involves preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and event process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Catering Sales and strong knowledge of Food & Beverage services
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Demonstrated Sales expertise and a results-oriented mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is a plus
• 1-2 Years of Experience
