Job Title: CATI Agent (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing)

Working hours: Saturday to Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

As a CATI Agent, you will conduct telephonic surveys to gather customers experience and behavior towards some products and brands, on behalf of clients. 

Using a computer-assisted system, you will reach out to random audiences, ask some questions, record responses, and simply meet set targets.
