CCTV and Network Specialist

We are currently looking for a CCTV and Network Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and reliable CCTV and network infrastructure to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including IP Cameras, NVR/DVR, and VMS platforms

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls)

• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and security

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner

• Implement network security measures, firewall rules, and access control policies

• Conduct regular system audits, backups, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime

• Coordinate with vendors and third-party support teams for system upgrades, repairs, and maintenance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for network topology, IP schemes, and CCTV system configurations

• Ensure compliance with IT and security standards, policies, and best practices

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in CCTV systems and network administration

• Strong knowledge of IP-based surveillance systems and networking fundamentals

• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and structured cabling

• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk mitigation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Education & Certifications:

• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) – Required

• CompTIA Network+ or Security+ – Preferred

• CCTV/VMS Certifications (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview) – Advantage
