Job Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems to ensure continuous and reliable operation
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including system glitches, camera malfunctions, and connectivity problems
- Perform routine maintenance checks and preventive servicing for CCTV equipment
- Repair or replace faulty components, including cameras, cables, and recording devices
- Ensure proper configuration and functionality of surveillance systems, including heat/thermal vision systems where applicable
- Coordinate with internal teams to respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and system updates
- Ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols for surveillance systems
Job Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in CCTV systems maintenance or a related technical field
- Experience working with heat/thermal vision systems is preferred
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
- Hands-on experience with maintenance and repair of surveillance equipment
Core Competencies / Soft Skills:
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to issues
