We are seeking an experienced CCTV Controller to lead monitoring operations, enhance surveillance effectiveness, and support the development of CCTV standards across the campus. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strengthening security operations and ensuring proactive risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage CCTV operations across all campus areas
- Identify risks, suspicious activities, and security gaps proactively
- Guide and support the security team response based on live observations
- Establish and improve CCTV monitoring procedures and reporting standards
- Ensure proper system utilization and recommend improvements when needed
- Train and support team members on CCTV operations and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in CCTV operations or control room environments
- Strong understanding of surveillance systems and security practices
- Ability to develop and improve operational workflows
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations
- Hands-on experience in large-scale facilities is required
- Preference for candidates with experience in enhancing control room operations
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
- Security Management
- Information Technology
- Cybersecurity
- Criminal Justice
- Electronics / Electrical Engineering
