RoseMary Paris is looking for a CCTV Operator to join our team and contribute to the effective monitoring and security of our retail branches.

Location: Beverly Hills, Sheikh Zayed

Working Days: Saturday – Thursday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMFriday: Day Off

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras across company branches and maintain continuous observation.
• Identify and report unusual activities, operational violations, or security concerns.
• Review CCTV footage when required for incident verification or internal investigations.
• Prepare accurate reports regarding observed incidents and violations.
• Escalate critical incidents to the concerned management promptly.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of CCTV recordings and related information.
• Report any technical issues or malfunctions related to CCTV systems.
• RequirementsPrevious experience in CCTV monitoring for at least 2 years, preferably within the Retail sector monitoring several branches.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or commerce or law or any similar.
• Strong observation and attention to detail.
• Good computer and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and discipline.
• Ability to maintain focus and handle multiple monitoring tasks.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• متابعة كاميرات المراقبة الخاصة بفروع الشركة بشكل مستمر.
• رصد أي مخالفات أو أنشطة غير معتادة وإبلاغ الإدارة المختصة.
• مراجعة تسجيلات الكاميرات عند الحاجة للتحقق من الوقائع أو إجراء التحقيقات الداخلية.
• إعداد تقارير دقيقة عن الملاحظات والمخالفات التي يتم رصدها.
• الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي وقائع أو ملاحظات تستدعي تدخل الإدارة.
• الحفاظ على سرية تسجيلات الكاميرات والمعلومات المتعلقة بها.
• متابعة والإبلاغ عن أي أعطال أو مشكلات فنية بأنظمة المراقبة.

المتطلبات

• خبرة سابقة في مجال مراقبة الكاميرات، ويفضل خبرة في قطاع Retail.
• شهادة جامعية معتمدة (بكالوريوس نظم ومعلومات او تجاره او حقوق)
• قوة الملاحظة والدقة والانتباه للتفاصيل.
• إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر وMicrosoft Excel.
• الالتزام وتحمل المسؤولية والقدرة على الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات.
• القدرة على التركيز والمتابعة المستمرة.
