Mathnasium has recently launched in Saudi Arabia to provide a specialized mathematics curriculum that supports national educational goals and aligns with Vision 2030. Our mission is to strengthen children's math skills, empower them to reach their potential, and build a brighter future.

Role Description

The Center Director will oversee the daily operations of the Mathnasium center in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for managing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality math instruction, and maintaining an engaging and positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and developing the center's staff

Leading parent and student engagement

Ensuring enrollment growth and customer satisfaction

Monitoring students progress and learning outcomes

Achieving operational and performance targets

Collaborating with the leadership team to align with Mathnasium's mission and standards

The Center Director plays a central role in creating a dynamic, efficient, and student-focused environment.

Qualifications

Experience in team management, leadership, and operational oversight

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff

Background in Business, Mathematics, Education, or Training; teaching experience is a plus

Strong organizational abilities, including managing schedules, resources, and performance metrics

Proficiency in using technology and software systems for operations and reporting

Passion for education, especially mathematics, and a commitment to student growth

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred)

Fluency in Arabic and English

Prior experience in education management or working with children is a strong advantage.
