Center of Excellence Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain management policies and governance manuals that align with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.
• Draft, review, and update policies, procedures, and governance manuals, ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistency.
• Maintain the Delegation of Authority (DoA) matrix and ensure that it remains aligned with strategic and organizational objectives.
• Drive the utilization of a business process mapping tool to map all processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops to collect process-related data and document workflows accurately.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with process owners and stakeholders to review and validate process maps, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide training and support to employees on the governance framework, and the effective use of the business process mapping tool and related process documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, process improvement, governance, or a similar field.
• Preferred: Previous experience in the real estate industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and optimize collections efforts.
• Proven experience in policy development, corporate governance, business process mapping, and documentation, preferably using business process mapping tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document complex processes accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
