  • Training Needs Analysis & Skill Gap Assessment
  • Program Development & Content Creation
  • Training Delivery & Implementation
  • Evaluation, Feedback & Continuous Improvement
  • ROI Measurement & Reporting as well as Follow-Up & Learning Reinforcement
  • Succession Planning & Talent Development

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within manufacturing or textile/garment industries.
  • Proven experience managing L&D at a regional or global level.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design (White and Blue Collars).
