- Succession Planning & Talent Development
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within manufacturing or textile/garment industries.
- Proven experience managing L&D at a regional or global level.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design (White and Blue Collars).
