Job Description

The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and strategic support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of executive leadership activities. This role is responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating high-level meetings, handling confidential communications, and serving as a professional liaison with internal and international stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and optimize both executives calendars
  • Prioritize meetings and appointments
  • Screen and manage incoming communications
  • Draft emails, letters, and official correspondence
  • Act as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Communicate professionally with foreign partners and international contacts
  • Handle inquiries and ensure timely responses
  • Maintain strong follow-up on pending matters
  • Schedule and coordinate board and executive meetings
  • Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up action plans
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Keep all company and executive information strictly confidential.
  • Represent the CEO & Chairman in a professional and respectful manner

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Calendar & meeting management tools
  • Professional email writing
  • Presentation preparation
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
