The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and strategic support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of executive leadership activities. This role is responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating high-level meetings, handling confidential communications, and serving as a professional liaison with internal and international stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and optimize both executives calendars
- Prioritize meetings and appointments
- Screen and manage incoming communications
- Draft emails, letters, and official correspondence
- Act as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Communicate professionally with foreign partners and international contacts
- Handle inquiries and ensure timely responses
- Maintain strong follow-up on pending matters
- Schedule and coordinate board and executive meetings
- Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up action plans
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Keep all company and executive information strictly confidential.
- Represent the CEO & Chairman in a professional and respectful manner
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
- Advanced MS Office
- Calendar & meeting management tools
- Professional email writing
- Presentation preparation
- Fluent English (mandatory)
