Job Objective
Supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by managing administrative functions, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient operations within the executive office.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Ensure that all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in advance
- Maintain confidential files and records.
- Support the CEO office with data analysis and reporting as needed.

- Complete duties as requested by direct line manager
Job Requirements
Required Education
- Business Administrative or any related field.
Required Years of Experience
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excell, Word, etc).
