Job Description

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-growing technology infrastructure solutions provider supporting enterprise customers across Southeast Asia. The business specialises in delivering end-to-end ICT infrastructure solutions, working with globally recognised technology brands while supporting regional business expansion.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO as a trusted business partner, driving operational excellence, business process improvements and cross-functional initiatives across the organisation.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant or Administrative role. Instead, the successful candidate will play an active role in supporting business operations, improving organisational effectiveness and enabling strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the CEO to support strategic business initiatives and day-to-day operational priorities.
  • Review existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct business research, analyse information and prepare recommendations, reports and presentation materials to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives by working closely with technical, operations, finance and commercial teams.
  • Consolidate information from multiple stakeholders to support business planning and project execution.
  • Support selected CEO Office activities including meeting coordination, follow-up actions and business administration where required.
  • Assist in driving key projects from planning through implementation while ensuring timely execution.
  • Participate in regional business initiatives and occasional overseas business trips when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or a related discipline.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • High integrity with strong ownership and execution skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with the CEO and internal stakeholders, as well as review and prepare business documents in both languages.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
