CEO Personal Assistant Experience from 5-10 Year
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications for the CEO.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
- Plan and coordinate special events, both internally and externally.
- Assist with the creation and management of the CEO's budget and expenses.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the CEO's efficiency and focus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
