Job Description

CEO Personal Assistant Experience from 5-10 Year

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications for the CEO.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
  • Plan and coordinate special events, both internally and externally.
  • Assist with the creation and management of the CEO's budget and expenses.
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the CEO's efficiency and focus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
