We are seeking a visionary, growth-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and scale a dynamic property management organization with a strong portfolio of residential and/or commercial assets.

About the Role:

The CEO will be responsible for overall company performance, strategic direction, stakeholder management, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate has deep experience in property management, real estate operations, asset performance optimization, and team leadership.

• Develop and execute long-term growth strategy
• Drive portfolio expansion and revenue growth
• Lead executive team and foster high-performance culture
• Oversee property operations, asset management, and compliance
• Strengthen investor, owner, and board relationships
• Optimize financial performance and NOI
• Identify acquisition and partnership opportunities

Qualifications:

• 13+ years of senior leadership experience in property management or real estate
• Proven P&L leadership and portfolio growth track record
• Strong financial acumen and operational expertise
• Experience managing multi-site residential and/or commercial portfolios
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with scalable growth experience
