Shape go-to-market, branding, and marketing strategy
Oversee customer experience and talent journey across the organisation
Align leadership teams and mediate cross-functional priorities
Report regularly to the Board and support strategic decision-making
Lead or support fundraising activities in preparation for future capital raises
