Job Description

Our client is initiating a confidential CEO search as the founder transitions to focus on a new product, with the incoming CEO mandated to lead the core business through its next growth phase.

The role is heavily growth-oriented, requiring a market-facing leader to drive revenue, partnerships, and external representation. This appointment is critical to sustaining 40% YoY growth, preparing for Series A fundraising, and positioning the business for a future IPO or strategic exit.

  • Lead and execute the company's growth strategy to sustain strong year-on-year performance

  • Act as the public face of the business with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

  • Drive sales, business development, and strategic partnerships

  • Lead major client negotiations and manage key relationships

  • Shape go-to-market, branding, and marketing strategy

  • Oversee customer experience and talent journey across the organisation

  • Align leadership teams and mediate cross-functional priorities

  • Report regularly to the Board and support strategic decision-making

  • Lead or support fundraising activities in preparation for future capital raises
