GLOMACS is looking for a qualified and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team in Dubai.
We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional with proven UAE accounting experience who can take ownership of accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses
- Maintain complete and accurate accounting records
- Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance and filings
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide required financial documentation
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and financial controls
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and UAE regulations
- Manage and maintain accounting processes within Odoo ERP
- Work with ERP systems to ensure accurate financial data, reporting, and controls
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE — mandatory
- Currently based in Dubai — mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP — mandatory
- Strong experience with ERP systems and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax — mandatory
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
- Proven experience with UAE accounting and regulatory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
