Our QA team ensures the reliability, security, and user-experience of cloud-native applications powering real-time service delivery — from citizen portals to enterprise workflow automation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and document manual & automated test cases across web and mobile platforms to validate functional, regression, and user acceptance criteria.
- Identify, log, and retest defects using JIRA or similar issue-tracking tools, ensuring clear reproduction steps and severity prioritization.
- Collaborate with Dev and Product teams to interpret requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability gaps beyond scripted coverage.
- Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating test suites with Selenium, Appium, or Playwright — working with DevOps to maintain test environments.
- Contribute to QA process refinement: writing test plans, improving test coverage metrics, and mentoring junior testers.
