Job Description:

A leading organization in the Construction and Property Development sector is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, governance, and performance management across the business.

The CFO will drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and compliance while supporting business growth and executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and cost optimization
• Oversee audits, compliance, and internal controls
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and governance

Requirements:

• CA Final qualification
• Minimum 10 years of senior finance leadership experience
• Strong background in Construction and/or Property Development
• UAE market experience preferred
• Available to join ASAP
