Kapturise is a UAE-based creative-tech platform revolutionizing on-demand content creation. From AI-powered event image delivery (QR-code + facial recognition) to influencer marketing, corporate content, and super-app ambitions, we are scaling rapidly across the region.
The Role
We are seeking a CFO (Equity Only) to join our founding team and lead both fundraising and financial strategy. This role goes beyond traditional finance you'll be the driving force behind capital raising, pricing strategy, and investor confidence.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the full fundraising cycle: financial model, data room, deck, outreach, negotiations, due diligence, and closing.
- Develop pricing strategies across services, SaaS subscriptions, and marketplace commissions to ensure strong unit economics.
- Build relationships with VCs, angels, and family offices in MENA and globally.
- Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance alongside the Founder & CEO.
- Position Kapturise's financial story for Series A and beyond.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in investment banking, VC, PE, or as a startup CFO.
- Proven track record of raising $5M+ for early-stage startups.
- Strong financial modeling and pricing strategy experience.
- Network with top-tier investors in MENA and internationally.
- Entrepreneurial, equity-driven mindset (no cash salary).
